After ejaculation during sex or masturbation, I get fed up of life and the meaning of it. Im 34 but the age is not my problem as I've been experiencing this since my teens. Also I would like to ask all men how many times they have sex consecutively in a night or in a given session? In my case the maximum I can go is only 2 times and may be it's something to do with my age or the lack of desire after the first ejaculation. Can you guys tell me whether you too experience this? To women only : Do you also experience the same thing and to you also ejaculate like men? If so after ejaculation do you feel tired and fed up? Please, im confused relieve me with your answers.

Sounds like lunch bag let down to me. I have a feeling you were told not to masturbate and you have feelings of guilt after you ejac. You need to think positively about this experience and make it right in your mind!

I do sometimes feel a bit of self pity after masturbation but I don't really care!
I assume the problem you describe stems from the hormone changes after ejaculation. Maybe you associate the hormones and the way your feeling with this negative outlook. Not sure why though.
I sometimes have sex twice in one night but only ever once in a single session. In between sessions I need at least half an hour to recouperate! I'm 26 and this has been the same since I began my sex life. I wouldn't mind going a few more times but I feel like its physically impossible for me to do so. I don't care if this is the norm or not.
I always make sure that my lady is satisfied before I am though, by combining oral and manual stimulation before/between periods of penetrative sex. After I ejaculate I always feel tired, warm and happy.

Women have orgasms with some discharge but nothing like a male ejaculation. When I am finished I usually feel tired and satisfied not like giving up. This doesn't sound good. Does it make you not want to have sex? In regards to how many times in a night. At your age, 2 times a night is quite remarkable. I remember that happening when I was in my early 20's but most men in their 30's can't achieve this on a regular basis. Count yourself lucky. I wonder if you are having some depression brought on by hormonal imbalance or something related to your hormone levels after orgasm. Good health.

You worry to much and your looking for something to blame. Have sex and make it the best experience of HER life. Make her tell you its time to stop. Then you won't have anything to worry about. If you prefer to jack o ff make a date with yourself and make love. Make it one you will remember, nothing will happen to you. You are normal but a worry wart.

i normally fed up with masturbation after i did it, but after few minutes i again mastrubate for second or third time. I think its common in every one.
