Whateveryou feel like having. A good cereal, a piece of fruit, yogurt. Juice, coffee/tea If you like eggs, make yourself a good omelet and have some slab bacon. Don't forget the whole wheat toast.

I had a lightly buttered blueberry bagel and coffee with Cinnamon Vanilla creamer. yum.
My daughter had the new Special K cereal with the chocolate chip in it.
My stars, it's not as fattening as it sounds!
NOW, as for you....I don't know what you like, or what you have near you. Sorry! I'd do better if you gave me choices.
