Define reasonable. If you're 30 and healthy, you should EXPECT to pay $250 a month. The most affordable is the one through your employer - as they usually pick up half the tab.
Buy it through a local agent, not the internet. That way, you KNOW you'll have local providers, and if there's a problem, you'll be able to talk to someone about it, and not have your emails bounce back like some guy that posted here last week that bought his "insurance" over the internet.
Beware of "health discount plans" that, no doubt, people will offer you in response to this question - they're cheap, but most providers don't take them, and they AREN'T insurance. 40% off a $100,000 hospital bill still leaves you paying $60,000. OUCH!!

Ask to see if your doctor accepts a PPO..if yes then call each of the PPO Companies they accept and see what you can get....Humana is a pretty good PPO...you have to use one of the registered doctors and or hospitals to get the best deal os if you start with your doctor you won't have to change anything by selecting a cheap company...all are expensive..check it out.
