I don't believe in life insurance. I am a retired insurance claims adjuster. Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, liability insurance are important to have.

Life insureance is not intended for the person being covered, it is intended for those left behind. If you have all your financial affairs in order so that when you pass, then fine, you dont need it. If however you have concerns about your loved ones paying for things like mortgages, final expenses, loans, tuition, etc... then life insurance is a good idea. It also is one of the only vehicles that avoid probate (the liquidation of your estate) and goes straight to your befeficiary. I would look into it soon, because the older you are, the more you pay in premiums. Good Luck, hope this helps.
