Try contacting Maestro Jerson "Nene" Tortal Sr. He was a student of that system and heads his own Dekiti Tirsia Serradas Kali System, he used to teach the UST-ROTC cadets when Army Major Demy Tejares was still the commandant, and also taught at the JUSMAG and the U.S. Embassy a while back. I haven't been to Manila in quite a while, so I don't know if he still does. The last place I know where to contact him was at the basement of Makati Cinema Square in Pasong Tamo, he used to teach at the gym down there that also has TKD and Aikido classes, you can try asking the receptionist on how to contact him or his son Jerson Jr.
