You know it depends on the Kanji that you're using as well...Kanji have different kinds of readings, so some are read the same, but have different meanings...For example 'Hiromi', '-mi' is usually the Kanji for Beauty 美。。。but there are some Kanji that are read 'Hiro' so you might wanna check the meaning...^ ^
