Ok well Ive liked this guy for about a month and he liked me (his siter said) he started doing signs to me and started being affectionate to me. I told him I liked him yesterday he hugged me and said he would talk to me tomorrow. Today he came and talked to me and said "Its awkward..and i just want to be friends" can anyone tell me what this means? I saw him at my locker and he still casually talked to me for like a minute..

It means that he likes you only as a friend and instead of wanting to see if things can develop into something more than just friendship, he wants to remain friends so that things won't get awkward if the relationship doens't work out and you end up breaking up...he probably doesn't want to make it hard for you to continue being friends with his sister as well...:)

That just means he thought about it and decided he doesnt like you enough to be more than friends. So now just ignore him and play hard to get if he decides he wants more.

he probably thinks that if anything happens between you two and you break up then its gonna ruin your friendship i don't think he wants that.
