i have achne to on my back im 15 nealli 16 what you do is get this cream called quinoderm for acne and use it 2/3 times a day and it starts to clear them mine are going now but they keep coming back or go to your doctors and get some cream its nothing to be ashamed of loads of people get it caused by stress,problams in there life.try and avoid stress do things to stop the stress and hopefully they will all vanish and everything will be fine x best of lookx

my symp on your body acne. I'm going to hazard a guess that it's bad on your back particularly. between your shoulder blades. if so then exfoliate really well. you should really exfoliate your skin all over your body regularly!! good luk. b

Go and see your doctor - you can get medication for acne - also are you on contraceptive pill? certain pills can cause pimples/spots etc.,
