the only way you can do it is if you pay up the line rental for the remaining months you have left then they will stop the contract immediately

Basically if you have a 12 month contract and have say 6 months remaining, you will be charged 6 months line rental ( they like to call this the cancellation fee)

You would have to pay the monthly line rental x 10 months left of your contract. You could just stop paying it but thats not a good idea. I would think of ringing them and saying your moving country or something. But if you risk getting a bit of temporary bad credit then dont pay it they will get a debt collecter and they offer you 25% off the debt, then hopefully by the time you get the 25% offer you have a job. Then you pay it in full or work a monthly payment thing with them, once youve paid that your credit will be better again. You could also like someone else mentioned tell them you moved house (give them an old adress you used to live, or the address of an empty house) and take out the sim (i also done this recently) and don't pay it. Youll get blacklisted for 3 years though. Good Luck!

Read your contract, in most cases if you breach the contract you will have a pentaly, between $150-$200. If you fail to pay the pentaly on time interest will be added.
You don't have to keep the service, but it will cost.

There will be penalty charges (unless you are swapping to a new, more expensive / longer Contrat with the same supplier).

NB. loosing your phone just means they will send you a replacement - and maybe extend your contract for another year.

A contract's a contract, mate. If you want to break it, expect to pay a penalty. Read your documentation.

You call up your mobile phone company, and tell them you want to get out of your contract early.

Is this a trick question?

You can do whatever the fukk you want to do, but you'll pay a penality for getting out of your contract early. But you can get out of it.

Only by paying the penalty fee, I'll bet!

Good Luck!
