They didn't give me any proof because faith is such a cool thing that I can only spread the truth to people who are able to take a leap of faith and believe in their hearts. So where's the money? They lied to you. Those aliens were one of the interstellar "Cosa Nostras" that were at war in this sector between 1945 and 1978 (This explains so many UFO sightings during this time.) After an armistice (and money ran out), both sides withdrew from this part of space. Other than the Vega outpost, the nearest inhabited colony is over 100 light years distant.
