i am confused on what i should use... because i am aiming for the program which has a lesser system requirements, or has the lesser file size so that it will not take too much cpu usage... someone help me please...

I use http://www.iobit.com/AdvancedWindowsCarePersonal/index.html as it works very well and it's free.
You can get a lot more memory & cpu by stopping the programs that start up automatically. These are the ones down by the clock. Also, remove the programs in the Startup folder.

To tell you the truth, unless you use your computer every day, run/install/uninstall a lot of programs and such...
... you shouldn't need either one! If your internet or email or something is slow, first of all contact your ISP. If the issue is not resolvable through them, most likely you are either infected with Spyware, or a virus.
Always make sure you have proper security on your machine... (Anti-Virus, Spyware/Malware, Firewall), and you should not have any more issues...
Try Trend-Micro's total security package... I have been bug-free ever since.

speed up my pc is a good programme, i haved just downloaded it and it works very well, either that or buy a new computer.
