Depends what Mormon you ask:
Answer:
No, and YES!!! The Book of Mormon does NOT! The Book of Mormon calls Mary a "virgin" while she is holding the baby Jesus in her arms (2 Nephi 11:20), and says that Jesus was conceived "by the power of the Holy Ghost (Alma chapter 7:10). Joseph Smith never taught it. However, Mormon "prophets" and apostles from Brigham Young until Bruce R. McConkie (d.1999) did teach it on numerous occassions, in General Conferences and in their writings.
Many Mormons will dispute this, but the evidence seems to be there.

There are a few Mormons who believe that God had some form of celestial "intercourse" with Mary, but not as we would know it.
However, the whole "Mormons believe God had sex with Mary" stuff originated with Ed Decker, anti-Mormon extraordinaire. The man left the church, or was ex'd, and has this Utah-sized chip on his shoulder.
A couple of watchdog groups have described his "The Godmakers" as "religious pornography".
Truth is, most Mormons don't even CARE how Christ's conception took place. It happened, Mary got pregnant withh a REAL baby, had a REAL pregnancy, a REAL labor and delivery, and delivered a REAL baby. It was NOT theh Holy Ghost who conceived her Child, He was there, but He didn't do it, Heavenly Father did.

Brigham Young had plenty to say about this:
"When the Virgin Mary conceived the child Jesus, the Father had begotten him in his own likeness. He was not begotten by the Holy Ghost. And who is the Father? He is the first of the human family; and when he (Christ) took a tabernacle, it was begotten by his Father in Heaven, after the same manner as the tabernacles of Cain, Abel, and the rest of the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve. Jesus, our elder brother, was begotten in the flesh by the same character that was in the garden of Eden, and who is our Father in Heaven."
also:
The birth of our Savior was as natural as are the births of our children; it was the result of NATURAL ACTION. He partook of FLESH AND BLOOD--was begotten of his father, as we were of our fathers." (Journal of Discourses, 5 & 8)
Gordon B. Hinckley, in a recent General Conference, said "We must not compromise on our doctrines."
It cracks me up that contemporary mormons don't know or fail to recognized what a complete sham the church has become with their continual whining about "We don't teach that.."

Never heard that one but evidently so from the link.
