I drive for a living and at this stage every insurance company has rejected me because I'm deemed a high risk. Does anyone have experience of this and which company do they recommend?

I'm assuming you are employed as a Diver (rather than self-employed ?).

Norwich Union (and Lloyds Syndicates) will insure anything ..(for a price)...

NB - FYI - there have been many cases where Insurance Companies are happy to take your premiums but when you come to claim, they find some obscure reason to wriggle out of paying up ...

The 'catch all' for Income Protection is usually a clause that goes like "This Insurance is void if at the time of applying you had any reason to suspect you might loose your job" ... and I'm going to guess that ANYTHING in your medical history could be seen as a "reason to suspect" that you might have to stop Diving for a living ...

You might be better off with Medical Insurance and Accident cover ?
