my hair is naturally dark, thick, and strong. thickness represents the complexity of my personality and its darkness shields my scalp from being harmed.. just as my harshness shields my heart from being broken (sometimes).... a sensitivity defense. my hair is really dry too.
this would definitely explain my dry humor. =p

I find that to be an interesting question. Though my natural hair is beautiful, my personality appreciates change and uniqueness. I think my natural personality complements my hair, with constant change and rotation. I don't keep my hair natural or in one style too long, one month its shaved, the next two its a mowhawk, then maybe a nice spikey look, all while dying my hair in between. I feel the constant change of my hair reflects the dynamic nature of my personality.

My natural hair is thick and curly. So to just where an Afro was so easy. Then the Jerry Curl. Once that style went out I went to a perm. I hated the work, and time involved in going to the beauty shop sitting and waiting. The time involved in the whole process of getting just the right look. Not to mention the cost involved in having a stylist do his or her thing on your head. I could always say I loved the end result but.....
So then I went with wigs. Never tried extensions. I did 'nt want to damage my own hair. Again I got all the good reviews from others as well as really liking the looks myself. And now, to learn about curl activating shampoos and conditioners. I love my new look. No more perm, No more heat, No more beauty salons, and no more wigs... I slowly cut of all the perm until all that is left is my natural virgin hair. I can now wash it, use a little leave in conditioner, and go. The wet look is beautiful and then once it dries, to set itself in beautiful silky shiny curls with out any oils or oiliness is great. All Natural... And then on top of that the Afro is trying to come back, so if I want that look, all I need to do is comb the curls out and I have the look of the 70's with an Afro... Even my sons said, now that's you.... Best reviews of all...

I think my hair complements my personality because i'm a very plain and simple person sometimes, and so is my natural hair, Although when i want to be wacky and wild, i can also style my hair to be like that! I like my hair and wouldn't trade it...it's not the best looking hair in the world, but it's mine!

I've always had bangs, and I know ther have been times they were too long and I'd hide behind them. I think guys do that too.
I shaved my head a week after Brittney did--so I'm wearing wigs. Sometimes I feel like a red head, and sometimes like a dark haired Chinese girl. The blonde wig didn't work out with my coloring--so I'm glad I never tried to dye my hair to blonde.
Your hair should frame your face, and if your hair is on your face, the oil in it may cause your face to break out.
I think personality and hair goes along with different moods too. Like sometimes you're in the mood for a pony tail. Just because, 'ya know? Just a thought, or two.

I'm kind of on the fence on this one. I mean, I've dyed my hair before. I feel that it's just a way of expressing my creativity. I don't know what other people do, but I don't dye my hair to follow trends or anything. Even naturally, my hair changes color constantly. I was born with black hair. I fell out and came back in red. By the time i was 6, it was platinum. Now, it's dirty blonde, nearing on brown. I occasionally dye mine back to it's lighter blonde color. It's just a matter of that's how it looks best on me. As for the texture, I guess I came out lucky, or maybe not. My hair is naturally stick straight. I mean I suppose that's cool cause that's in style, but it's aggravating because with curling irons, when I curl one side then go to the others, the first side is straight again. I dunno. But I think my hair leaves me a lot of room to be creative.

I have had long straight hair eversince God knows when. Then decided on big curls. I was told that I looked sexy and well, the rest is history! So gals out there! Go for the big curls! Streak it! Bleach it! By the way I started using Dove moisture milk shampoo, moisture milk conditioner and moisturetherapy intensive repair lotion about 2 months ago. Not sure if it's shown much changes to the texture of my hair. I still have baby soft hair. I'm hoping for a full bouncy look hair.

Natural hair complements your personality by the styles you are able to wear, wraps, curls, french roles etc. False hair and extensions tend to make one look overheated and weighted down. Tho, a good hair dresser can make any style look becoming and too fit a face for a special occasions.

Style.....
I keep my hair shoulder length to a chin skimming bob because it fits in with my lifestyle. I don't have or want to spend a lot of time on my hair in the morning....I prefer to wash and go and get out the door! This style also allows me to either wear it down, or pull it back, depending on my mood.
Color.....
My hair is a soft, neutral light brown with natural blond highlights......not too showy, but healthy and shiny. Cheerful, without being brassy. I want to be remembered more for what's going on inside my head, rather than what's on the outside - not to say it doesn't matter. I feel confident when I look good, just as every other woman, but I don't want it to be the driving force as I meet people.

Natural hair shows that you're natural. If people can tell you have dyed your hair because it have the dry rough look to it people will think your insecure and fake, like the hair color that only comes out of a bottle. Everyone has a natural beauty and natural hair just improves that.
