...So exactly what passage does it say how many licks it takes to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop?

Mr. Turtle didn't know, and Mr. Owl kept cheating. Did Jesus ever find out the answer?

Dear crucifin,

The Bible never claims to be able to answer every single question that we have. Obviously we have questions on different topics (ie: baseball, cooking, etc.,) that the Bible does not address.

The Bible does contain what God wants us to know in order to have a relationship with Him. It tells us the barriers to that relationship (sin) and how to overcome those barriers (repentance and faith in the work of Christ). It tells us what God expects and how He helps us (through the Holy Spirit and His Word).

Does Jesus know how many licks to get to the middle of a Tootsie Roll- i'm sure he does. But the Bible isn't for the purpose of answering all our questions. It answers our questions about how to have a relationship with God and how to maintain a relationship with God and apparently the number of licks to the middle of a tootsie roll was not information that God thought would help us grow closer to Him.

Hope that helps. Kindly,

Nickster

I'll take your joke.

I believe he held the record at the time by getting to 17. Bastards cheated by giving him cherry flavored -- his favorite; eventually gave in.

Yes, your questions pertaining to biblical things, not a bunch of nonsense!

A different religion would tell you that THEIR book has all the answers. Kinda strains credibility.
