The above answers are ok, but these diets include a lot of fat, which is not necessary. And protein is a muscle builder and will not significantly increase weight. You need carbs. You might want to add a product called weight gainer. It usually comes in a powder that you mix into a shake and drink each day, with or without food, depending on the instructions. Look for it in any nutritional center, like GNC. These shakes are packed with carbs and will increase your weight fairly rapidly. You should notice a significant difference by the end of 30 days. You must get yourself into a regular cycle of eating and also excersize. If you don't, the weight will start to drop off, or it may increase beyond what you wanted.

0.0 so skinny, wow.

hmmm...try to eat at least 5-6 small meals a day. Drink juices and milk, and try to not drink as much pure water...but make sure you get at least 8 glasses of a calorie-filled liquid each day.

Eat bagels, yogurt, smoothies, ice cream or frozen yogurt, and dried fruits. These are all high calorie but still healthy. If you're not allergic to peanut butter or nuts, those are two great options! And remember, you have a right to eat some nice-tasting foods, too...don't restrict your diet to just healthy stuff.
