1. If the person is an intravenous drug user, a little nutmeg in his or her drug of choice before they cook it should do the trick. The autopsy will show up as an O.D.
2. If they are violent towards you, get the person drunk then call the police. Mention, "...and I think he's (she's) got a gun!" in your call. When they arrive and surround the person, if he or she makes a move, yell "gun! gun!", then fall on the ground. Panicked cops will finish the job for you.
3. Be creative. Remember, revenge is a wholesome and natural response. And in spite of what experts say, it is satisfying to the point of orgasmic.

Reverse the situation, give them what they have been trying to reach out for you to do, and that is treat them just as bad. If you like this person, to go out with or something like trying to hook up with, and they don't want to, chances are that this meanness is just a reaction by them to tell you to go away.

Ignore them. Unless of course treating you bad means physically treating you bad. Then you better do something about that, like call the cops or something.

It depends:
In what way is s/he treating you bad?
If its physical: go for a Law suit
If its a guy: Hes trying to get ur attention
If its a girl: shes having troubles and is trying to get some steam off.
Believe me: Psychology

First, give yourself a SLAP for hanging around them this long! What is wrong with you?
Then, stay away from them. Life is too short to spend it with nasty people.
If you can't avoid them (for example, if they are family), then when they do something hurtful, tell them right to their face AT THAT MOMENT, what they did and why it was wrong. Then tell them to stop doing it.
This is not difficult.

Kill them with kindness or simply avoid them, seems to me they get their kicks from putting other people down, whichis a great indicator that they have a better than you attitude. You deserve by far better treatment.

politely distance yourself -- let them know you feel like they treat you poorly and because they do you would like to have nothing to do with them. most people will back off unless they are crazy. then you have to call the police and get restraining orders.

Stay away at least 5 meters from them. And act like you don't see them if they get closer to you. Good luck!

I am presuming this person is your husband or a friend.
Walk away from them and never look back, they are breaking you down and eventurally will make you sick. It is not worth it
