I think if you are balding, it is best to get rid of all of it. Shaving it off really works on some people. Plus, I once heard on Discovery that balding is a sign of sexual maturity as it is related to the level of testosterone in a male body. So, balding men should be happy and flaunt it :)

I had a friend with just a few wispy hairs on his head. He had a lot of trouble getting respect from his peers or the attention of women.

I convinced him to shave off all his hair, and since then he stands out in a crowd, and women love it. That was 15 years ago, and he has kept it shaved ever since.

So - the answer is to avoid the horribly obvious comb over or try and jazz up the sides. Just shave it all off, and see what a life changing experience you will have.

Shave it completely bald. Honestly, balding men who can accept their predicament by removing all their hair look a lot better and confident compared to the ones who try to hide their balding patches by combing their hair over it or those who wear wigs.

Thank you for the question, honestly! I'm growing my hair and comb it everyday and some of my black friends keep on tellin me about gettin the same "haircut" as them, which is for me just being bald.... I dont understand why my own community has such a problem with hair styles, no matter for who black girls or black boys, a black male must be bald to them ... Or sometimes with them stupid a*s patterns .... I dont understand ..

Don't do the combover.. it just makes you look silly. Everyone knows its a comb-over and it just points out that you aren't comfortable with being bald. (which is asking for people to comment about it behind your back.)

Make it look neat and don't worry about being bald.

Cut it short. There are so many good products that can help prevent "further hair loss" - use them regularly. Shampoo your hair with baby shampoo rather than products that contain all kinds of chemicals or too harsh for your hair type.
