Pretty much the same things that arouse any other mammal. Are you talking male or female donkey?

For a female (which no one else has commented on), she first has to be in her estrus cycle. When the time is right, she will respond to any unaltered male donkey who shows interest.

OK OK. Get naked. Very quietly sneak naked behind the donkey. Hit the donkey as hard as you can on its hind quarters while doing a standing spread eagle. That ought to get the donkey going.
