I drink coffee every day and I'm starting to see that my teeth are staining. What can I do (besides Crest White Strips) to whiten them?

The best options to reduce staining is to drink you coffee through a straw so it bypasses most of your teeth and to use a whitening toothpaste. The whitening paste will minimize the staining but not actually change the color of your teeth. You should also have dental cleanings on a regular basis to remove buildup (both plaque and tartar). Once the soft plaque that grows on your teeth hardens and turns into tartar (also called calculus) it catches stain quite easily since it is very rough and porous. If you do the Crest Whitestrips make sure not to drink your coffee right after you take the strips off, wait at least 1/2 hour since the teeth are more apt to catch stain then.
Good luck!

salt water or proxide you should swosh it for about 30-45 seconds everyday and brush lightly with tooth paste. if you brush too hard you will damage your enamel then your teeth will be sensitive and ruined.
