S.L tried to manipulate the world cup rules so they could play an easier semi final against N.Z instead of Sth Africa and in doing so dupped fans out of seeing their best players playing also making cricket fans angry for spending their hard earned cash on watching a team who was half hearted and was happy to lose so they could get an easy ride into the final.

if S.L are so good why were they scared to play S.A in the semi final?

Fantastic, yes man you now take the challenge head on.
Anyways good try buddy.ha ha .
dont you give up defending cheaters?
it's not healthy 4 you.

it's their stratergy(SL)its rotation policy.
don't you know by now?

it's not un-ethical.

it's un-ethical that experienced campaeigner like Gilly
broke the rules .

He broke his fans' hearts by using ignominous "Squash Ball"

what's un-ethical is,...Such a "Gentleman-type" player choose to "cheat"
And its desperately sinking time for him...
in the World cup final.

if it is ,michael clark...we know he is young & cheeky.

but this man?

what a SHAME man,.. what a shame...!!!

Every team has the right to decide which players should play a particular match and which players are to be rested. Such a decision can in no way be termed as as unethical.

i won't consider it un-ethical.....its their right to bring whatever team they want on the field ..they have their own strategy and planning !!!and secondly by that time SouthAfrican team were losing their strenght and were declining ..and NZ had been taken a bit more stronger than SouthAfrica !! so i don't think Srilanka had that thing in mind and thats why they didn't bring their best bowler against Australia !!playing against NewZealand was bit tougher than against southAfrica !

NO.It is their strategy and rotation policy.
Remember that they did not pick Murali and Vaas for the preceding India tour.Again now they have rested them for the series against Pakistan.
