Dear Dan Druf,
i'd suggest asking him yourself- instead of causing people to assume things about him that may or may not be true. If he is "showing off" as some suggest or making you stumble, then i assume as a humble servant of God, he'd be glad to know that- especially because there might be others who feel the same way you do.
i think one thing you must know is that your Pastor's role is to encourage you to grow closer to God and if you don't respect him, or if this thing stays in your head-- it can cause you to stumble and not receive God's instructions from him. He's human like everyone else and may not realize that he's giving off a perception that he may not mean to.
Give grace and you'll find that people will give grace to you.

Well, if it's a shiny NEW car, he's hung up on the status. If it's a shiny OLD car, he's a care taker and hard worker. But, Hey! what do I know about the dude besides this?
