You would no longer be "obsessive-compulsive" for you would be "a new creature", and our worldly worries would have no place in the Kingdom of God! You will not have the old body, the old worries, the despair, the regrets and since the Son of God is "The Light That Shines" in the heavenly realms, there is no night there so there will be no need to polish anything since all "elements" of the divine have His shine and brightness within them!
And of course the only way to Heaven is to acknowledge that Christ is the One and only Son of God and that through Him you shall be with Him on your profession of faith that He came and died for our sins. May God Bless.

Where would you get polish from? I don't think He would mind, but I'm fairly certain He keeps them polished just fine anyway, so I don't think you have anything to worry about.
