There aren't 5, but the best ways I know are:
Excercising
No junk food
Eat less
I personally prefer excercising, cuz it works quicker, more effectively and doesn't turn u into an anorexic! I recommend swimming, jump rope, and running. Also, if u drink lots of water, it would make u feel fuller, therefore allowing u to eat only a bit of snack. But DON'T try to stop eating cuz it will only cause u to get really hungry, binge, and gain weight.
Unless ur really overweight, I don't see what the point is in getting liposuction, or surgery. But excercising is always a good thing. Sorry, I forgot 2 mention something!! Always reward urself with something in the end, it will make u feel good and like u achieved something. Working towards a goal is always a good thing.
Good luck!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Cardiovascular exercise, such as jogging and other exercises that exercise the heart. These exercises burn the most calories and if you burn enough calories you will lose weight. The catch is you have to change your eating habits, no white bread, limit your soda, no chips and especially NO fast food. Avoid eating at least two hours before you go to sleep if you can. Also eat breakfast and exercise soon after you wake up, this will help accelerate your metabolism for the day....

Only one way, burn more calories then you consume and that is hard. Fat loss is not easy in any manner, the reason why 93% of dieters fail and gain it all back and more. Fat loss is a lifestyle change and to be maintained through clean eating and cardiovascular excercises.

If you can use a track at a park (i they have one) or a high school or university, use the race track..and sprint, until at the curves just walk it out...and make sure your heart rate is good...stretch, warm up, and cool down at the end.
diet is 70% and exercise is 30%....from what I have heard.
