Don't date your co-workers. Heaps of trouble waiting to happen there if something goes wrong. Not to mention that if he/she is not so interested in you, and you are trying to pick them up at work, they could slap you with sexual harassment for creating a hostile working environment. Leave it alone and date outside the office.

Don't try messing around with your co-worker or you may live to regret it. It usually don't end well and may even cost you the job. Look else where.

"do you come here often", lol, that's jokes!!!
"What are you doing after work? Do you want to grab some dinner" that usually works...but then, when I ask it's usually on a friendly term...so maybe I am wrong.

None, because if they are not receptive to your advances could file a sexual harassment suit against your employer and you.
