I always like to let the guy make the first move. Just be even more flirtatious so he knows he will not be rejected if he asks you out. Then see what happens. Guys are dumb though so if he never gets it you may need to make the first move.

If he gets scared off after buttering you up like that, it would be a blessing. Better to find out BEFORE getting involved whether he believes what he says, or is just all talk and no action. Go for it!

well does it matter if you scare him off? if he does get scared, then its his loss. And even if it doesnt work out, youd at least know that you tried. if you dont, you'll never know. u will probably look back later on and regret.
