Kept more than 10 years under room temperature.
Is there any way to tell if it is consumable?

All of the people in here who say wine doesn't go bad is mistaken. If you taste a bottle of wine that has been open for 4 to 5 days next to a fresh bottle there is a big difference. Wine starts to get this weird tast on the 3rd day. Kind of like a stail sweet! If you don't believe me, give it the old pepsi challenge, you will see. The air deoxidizes the wine immediatly after opening so drink with in 3 days and you are good. Now liquor can last quite awhile. I have the same vodka since this summer and it is still good. Mixes and cordials do not last quite as long all though they are good for about 4 or 5 months. The high sugar content in them will cause them to become thicker and sweeter.

Most liquor and wine can be kept forever. Wine may go bad, but it will smell and taste like vinegar, so you can tell. The only liquor that's a problem is anything cream-based, like Bailey's Irish Cream. Everything else should be fine. Enjoy!

Your safe with the liquor and most wines only get better with age. However they are fragile and light, temperature and movement can drastically change there attributes but you can tell usually tell if it is off when your pour the first glass - so go for it!

Depends on how many alcohlics you can fit in your home. Wine will sour, especially after ya pop the cork off. If you are unscrewing a cap of any wine, don't worry about the taste of anything, because you have none. Seriously, taste it, to see if it has gone to a vinegar taste. Even then, you can use it in cooking.

Alcohol is used as to preservative, so it is consumable.
Wine, although, becomes vinegar after a while, still is consumable.
Beer, however, since is already a fermentation, can be nasty after time
