No - science is not a threat. Simply make the educational system bad enough so that most people cannot understand it. Problem solved.

It worked with evolution...

Gotta love america.

It's a threat to all religions except Buddhism, which ties in closely with Quantum Physics, and is eager to accept truth on truth's terms.

Let me clarify however, when I mean threat, I'm not speaking of the of original message of any religion, which in fact will strongly support quantum physics if you're inclined to read it as such.

Instead the real threat is in many religions having to admit that over time false doctrines have been inducted. This will become silly to deny in the face of the facts, but is harshly inevitable.

The invention of a devil or evil force driving one to naughty deeds or illusions tries to combat this effort by using fear as a tool. It has worked for centuries and still works today.

Quantum physics in it's maturity will shed much light on what is and what is not reality. I feel many people will feel perplexed by this. Not to mention somewhat validated and relieved.

None of the Sciences are really a threat to Christianity because the Bible can be interpreted in multiple ways. People have an amazing ability to rationalize just about anything and incorporate it into their belief structure.

You never know. I mean, I saw, a headline that said some higher church mucky mucks just announced there is no, "Limbo."

I know what they mean, But I can still Limbo with the bar on the fourth rung.

I think if you were threatening Christianity they would all claim that they did not know the man three times before the cock crows to announce the Sunrise.

Isn't that the common childlike behavior of humans?

Never!!! Theres nothing to prove because it has proven many times over that the 4 sources of truth which are Bible, Science, History, Philosophy are in perfect harmony.
As Leonardo da Vinci said, so I am. "If we want truth in the criteria of rationalism only, that is man beginning from himself only and not having any outside knowledge, we would only have mathematics and particulars and would end up only with mechanics.

Not at all. My church has a large seminar about quantum physics every year. They bring in scientist to speak about it. Amazing stuff that proves God's existence even more!

To Christianity maybe but not God.

I think we will end up redefining beliefs and keep believing. Also, the idea of God being everywhere will save the day.

The church is always scared off new ideas or science and tries to suppress it ,just think of Copernicus and Galileo, until they can find a way to incorporate it into their dogma.
