sixsigma, iso9000, etc. any quality certification you or your business can get is worth getting in the long run. it demonstrates a dedication to quality to your customers and also leaves a clear "paper trail" if questions or problems come up later. use a search engine and enter "quality certifications" or "six sigma" or "iso 9000".
