2 meals a day will slow down your metabolism.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

It's not about that. You need to consume a calorie deficit, burning more calories then you consume. The lower amount of meals you eat the slower your metabolic rate, the less fat you burn. Those 2 meals could still be more calories then you need to efficiently lose fat if for example they were fast food or junk.
If you want to lose fat productively youd want to eat 5-6 very tiny meals a day, consisting of clean wholesome foods. This keeps the metabolism high, burning cals when you are resting.
You got the running part right though, but a mile isnt enough, if you are of standard health push it to 1-3 miles, keep your heart rate elevated, stay hydrated, sweat productively.]
If you constructed a diet by counting calories, down to a tee based on your profile, you could lose up to 2lbs of fat per week.

There are so many things that affect weight loss. How many calories are you going to consume in those two meals and what type of foods will you be eating? How fast are you going to run? Do you have a fast or slow metabolism? Are you overweight to begin with and how much? Are you on any medication that can affect your weight? There is no way anyone can accurately answer your question. Do some research on diet, exercise, and weight loss. Talk to your doctor about it if you can. Good luck to you.

it depends what you eat in those two meals. assuming they are healthy, and you run a mile per day, you could probably lose as much as 10-20 lbs depending on your weight and fitness level now.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.mylguide.info , they gave my aunt a free trial of Hoodia, a free diet guide, and a free recipe booklet. She only paid $7.99 shipping and handling.
