Nickster: its taking place as a sold out staples center to watch the game. Lebron will have to deal with those inflatable baloon things. he'll have all the pressure on him. :p

the guy who is worth more to a franchise at the moment is LeBron who is about six years younger so he is a better investment. At this age LeBron is far from his prime and Kobe is enjoying it so if a team wants to win it now, get Kobe. He has 10 years experience under his belt and has learned the "ropes" while LeBron is young, still learning from his mistakes and how to be a good defensive forward. James also needs to refine his free throw touch while Kobe is hitting over 85% of them which is crucial because free throws account for a nice chunk of a player's points. If Lebron could hit 80% or more his average will increase into possibly the mid 30's. Both guys will make any team an instant title contender if they already weren't. Kobe has the edge right now. Bryant is more experienced, a better defender, a better shooter, and a lot more clutch. Lebron has mabey a decade and a half left to turn himself into an all around player that Kobe has become. Five years from now I may change my mind. Kobe 4, LeBron 2.

The problem with a match up between Kobe and lebron is size.Kobe is 6'6 200 and lebron is 6'8 240.Lebron is a much more physically gifted individual that would destroy kobe 1 on 1.If you ever watch the match up in a real game lebron seems to have his way.Sure kobe is quick but so is lebron.i love Kobe's total game but lebron would win the 7 game series in 6.

kobe hands down. i think lebron has the skills to see the whole court and is more unselfish in his game, kobe is more of the go to guy. Mr clutch. a star like kobe would make lebron better because lebron likes finding the open guys as well as taking shots.

Lebron is younger and has contributed to his his team a lot quicker than Kobe did. Lebron I think also tends to involve his team a lot more.

Kobe 4-3
As some people said, he reads better the game, and he is clutch, also he is learning how to be a better teammate.

in a game of 1-on-1? or who to build your team around.
1-on-1 - Kobe wins
to start a team- LeBron (in case the rest of the team ever wants to shoot)
