"Omniglot" has Tengwar scripts for several languages.

Taivo is right about the script coming from Tolkien's "The Lord of The Rings." However, Scottish Gaelic was frequently written in Irish Uncials until the 17th century. It is still the script favored by extreme nationalists in Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Brittany (Bretagne). - Please see Omniglot web link below:

Tengwar is not a "scottish-gaelic" writing system. It is one of the Elvish alphabets invented by J.R.R. Tolkien for "The Lord of the Rings".
