I need to start eating healthier because lately I have been feeling gross. I was curious what would be healthy for breakfast and lunch? I like to eat my own dinner (in moderation)... but I need a good list of breakfast and lunch meals.
So here is what I was thinking about for possible meals for breakfast
-Berry smoothie
-Banana and yogurt
-Iced mocha and banana

which is healthiest? and other ideas that I could have to eat? cause I want food what will help me stay the same or keep belly weight off... (I do workout a few times in the week)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

All of those are pretty healthy, though they seem more like snacks than meals. I suggest a light sandwich and some baked chips for lunch. You won't last long on this sort of diet if you plan to have smoothies for two meals...and will end up overeating at dinner. You want a diet that will last you a lifetime, though you make it sound as though this is short-term. Eating healthy should be forever, and unless you need to lose weight fast, I don't think there's any reason to have such EXTREMELY healthy foods...moderation is key.

Try substituting two meals with protein shakes and eating protein snacks between meals. Drink lots of water. As a general rule for weight loss never eat more than 5 grams of fat and 10 grams of sugar in any snack or meal. Reading labels is important. Yogurt is a good source of protein but be very selective because one yogurt may be healthier than another. You will find that some yogurts are loaded with fat and sugar! Avoid fruits with allot of sugar content.
