You are not overweight at all. Muscle from those crunches and situps weighs!! You are only 14...your body will keep changing and your weight will probably fluctuate. You probably aren't done growing either. Just keep doing those exercises (for your health) and do not worry about your body. Now's the time you need to consentrate on school, learning and getting good grades. Believe me, if you do it now life will be MUCH easier on you later. :)

sit ups and crunches dont burn fat - they build muscle so your belly will look bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.onesguide.info and order you free trial (also comes with a free diet guide and recipe manual), also you only pay $7.99 shipping and handling. Good luck!

you're overweight in accordance to the BMI (Bodt Mass Index) attempt. Underweight = <18.5 familiar weight = 18.5–24.9 overweight = 25–29.9 weight problems = BMI of 30 or better you're a 26.9 one hundred and ten- one hundred forty pounds is healthful in accordance to BMI. yet both way, I propose you're taking a BodPod attempt in case you are able to discover the money for it or fat calipers. They degree your fat vs muscle fairly than in simple terms no longer looking into your top.

baby, if you loose 30 pounds youll be at least15 pounds under wieght. im 5'5 and my target wieght is sposed to be 137. your not that much over your target wieght and having a broen colarbone really limits the things you can do, as youve found out, and that means tyour body isnt burning as much calories as it used to. eat healthy keep working out and give your body time to heal your wieght loss will follow.
