Have a great trip. Here's my advice on those communion quesadillas and margaritas. It's always been my experience that money buys a lot of things - which is great news for you because churches are always on the prowl for it. Name me a communion quesadillas and margarita conspiracy (or a Papal edict) and I'll tell you how much it cost. Oh, you say you're not that wealthy? And an unbeliever to boot? MAY GOD CLAW THE FLESH FROM YOUR DISEASED BONES!!!

Sorry, had a fundamentalist moment there. Won't happen again.

Mexican food in New Mexico is mediocre at best - authentic Mexican food is hard to find because the ingredients are local and different from those found in Mexico.

As a general rule, the more Hispanics you see in a church, the better the communion quesadillas are... I don't know if that holds true for margaritas.

Ay, the Church de las Margaritas!!!

They only meet on Saturday night, amigo...
and then you go to church on Sunday and say you're sorry for all the terrible chit you did when you were drinking tequila!

now that's a great idea!

Jesus (pronunciation optional) took the tortilla and broke it, saying: this is my body, given to you. it tastes great with salsa and guacamole. dip this whenever you think of me.

then he took the glass and salted it, saying take, drink, this is my blood, it's good blended or on the rocks. take one part triple sec, three parts lime juice and a whole lot of Jose Quevero. do five of these and you'll surely see heaven.

and the people said amen!

Forget the church and go straight to the bar.

I don't know, but if the TKEs ever start a church, see if you can suggest that.
