The comma after kind regards is correct, but you need to choose only one, closing for the letter. It is improper to use both Kind Regards and Yours Sincerely. Not to mention that using both is redundant.

You don't need both "kind regards" and "yours sincerely." One or the other would be sufficient.
If you want to include both, I would put a period (full stop) at the end of "kind regards." It is not a complete sentence, but it is not common in a business letter to use two "closings."

"My name is legion, for we are many. The comma is the correct punctuation mark to use. You have two independent clauses joined by a coordinating conjunction. "For" is a conjunction in this use, not a preposition. If the 'for' were omitted, the sentence would still be correct with a semicolon: My name is legion; we are many. Here you have the same two independent clauses, but this time no conjunction. That requires a semicolon.

I'm no expert, but I don't think you should be putting BOTH "Kind Regards" and "Yours Sincerely", that's probably why you are having issues- I think it's either/or, with a comma.

You have two salutations. You have to pick either "Kind regards" or "Yours sincerely."
I think it should read:
Dear Mr Smith,
I enclosed the above …………. etc
The copy of ……………………………………….. for your records.
Kind regards,
GG
I hope this helps.

Just a comma is required. I don't know what a comer is, or what you mean by a full stop though.

It should either say kind regards or yours sincerely

You're closing the letter twice. Keep either "Kind Regards," or "Yours Sincerely." Not both.
