I am gonna donate me bone marrow and a kidny if needed, can I cash in on the kidney ?

Losing a kidney will significantly affect your life. But if you really want to go through with it, you shouldn't have too much difficulty finding someone willing to pay for your kidney. Unofficially, of course.

bone marrow is really painful and kidneys are vital to live. you only have two and you have to have one to live. if you are that strapped for cash, get some help. and leave your dang kidney where it is supposed to be. you never know when you'll need that second one.

You need both of your kidneys. Don't give it up for money. Keep the spare just in case something happens to the one you have.

It's illegal in the US to sell your organs or tissue or bone marrow for compensation. Try Mexico, I'm sure they will take you up on it.

Nope, it's illegal to sell organs. Although if you could make money from it, i bet a lot more people would be willing to donate them.
