my shoulder pops it hurts pretty bad what should i do

It hurts after a single push up? OK...you should stretching out your arms and loosing your shoulders by shaking (gently at 1st) arms. Then do some shoulder rotations with your arms extended. And yes your shoulder muscles & ligiments be but don't quit. You need to build up your endurance and let your shoulder and arms gain strength. If the pain continues after 7-10 of excercise then consult your doctor.
