Sometimes I get tired of bringing my lunch, or I don't have anything to bring. Which would be the healthiest to buy at school?

Chick-fil-a sandwich
Subway (Turkey) on white bread
Personal Pan pizza from Dominos
BRC from El Pollo Loco

Subway-- turkey is lean & 2 slices of white bread is not as bad as others claim (carb wise).

Subway isn't so bad if you're in a pinch.

Just be sensible. You know that dressings and condiments add extra fat and calories. Just get a six inch with turkey and vegetables. Don't order the sides and sick to a simple drink like water or bring tea. Don't buy their beverages, you don't need them!

Stay away from chiken places, you'd be surprised what they cook that stuff in.

I would have to say Subway. But it's only healthy for you if you get it without all the dressings on it.

Chick fil-a can be healthy...get a grilled chicken sandwich and a diet lemonade...maybe some coleslaw

subway can be healthy too....just no cheese, mayo etc.
