Please help,I want to get in better shape,What is a good way to work out your thighs? I'm broke so I can't go buy work out stuff. Please help I want to look good for summer!! (thx in advance)

The no equipment, no money answer to this is BODYWEIGHT SQUATS, they used to be known as deep-knee bends. If you were working with weights I'd say to sets of 3 sets of ten, but if you use just your body weight I'd say do 3 sets of as many as you can (which is not to say that doing 10 or more will be easy at first) Form is important,

Jogging! It's so easy because all you need is a good pair of running shoes and about 25 minutes out of your day. You will look and feel so much better after you go running because not only will you start looking better, but when you run, endorphins are released in your brain making you feel happy.

Stairs. Easy and cheap. You will get a better butt with it.
