The average intact egg contains about 210 mg of cholesterol, whereas the recommended intake of cholesterol is 300 mg. Which takes you to 1050mg per day (not counting other foods you eat w/ cholesterol).
Even though eggs are a rich source of protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals,& lecithin (which aids in transporting and metabolizing fats in the body), too much of it could be bad. I would suggest you to drop it down to 1 a day.

Eggs have some great health benefits for you, but five is way too many. Cut back to only 1 or 2 a day, a couple times a week.

Eggs have a lot of cholesterol and you shouldn't eat them more than 3 times a week. I would recommend egg substitutes such as egg beaters. They may take a little getting used to but it's much better for your health. Also, you should have your cholesterol level checked ASAP.

I would cut it down to 1 or 2 eggs. I'm sure it gives you protein and this hype over cholestrol BS (in fact, there's hype over every f'n food nowadays) is becoming ridiculous. People in the midwest eat eggs every day and my great grandmother lived to be 100. You might wanna get more calcium tho, otherwise that extra protein will strip ur body of the calcium.
good luck on ur workouts.
