I just recently purchased this and I am having a hard time communicating with them about it. I really need some help on this one. Are the bulbs suppose to light up? How do you know if it is working properly? The distilled water is suppose to be warm when it comes out right? What am I suppose to feel so that I know that I am receiving the benefits of this machine? Thanks.

Why don't you do research on those that use the machine and actually find out if their medical problems have noticeably changed. It the claims are true these guys should live to be 150. I guess that would take some time to prove.
