drinking pure water is much better - no calories, no sugar etc

Provided you are taking a multivitamin and eating a balanced diet, there is no need to drink vitamin-enhanced water. Not only is it more expensive, but it contains refined sugar that is unhealthy and addicting. Some varieties also include caffiene into the vitamin water, so you must be careful when drinking it.

Pure water is the best answer.
