In general, to get your body fat down and reveal your 6-pack abs, you should slightly reduce your calorie intake.
The best way to do this is by lowering your carbohydrate intake. This causes your body to switch from primarily burning carbs for energy to burning fat. A general rule of thumb is to lower your calories from carbs to 40% of your total calories per day. The souce below has a calculation you can use to determine how many carbs you should be eating per day.
You should replace some of those calories from carbs with calories from protein. When trying to burn extra fat, you should also get around 40% of your calories from protein sources, in your case, most likely from soy protein sources.
This will leave 20% of your calories for good fats. Some sources of good fats include avacados and olive oil (great on salads!).
These calories should be spread over six small meals per day to keep your metabolism high to burn fat faster.
Remember this saying: "Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym."
Keep up your workout routines and stay dedicated to a clean diet, and you should see your 6-pack abs in no time!

The bad news:
There is no such thing as "Spot Reducing" it is a MYTH.
Unfortunately, while you can choose a specific muscle that you want to make larger or stronger it is sadly IMPOSSIBLE to target a specific body part so as to loose the fat that sits on top of it specifically and make it more lean in comparison to your other body parts.
Different people loose fat first from different parts of their bodies, for example, If I loose 10 pounds you might notice it a lot in my face, if I loose 15 my legs might seem a lot leaner, but if my stomach is where my body most prefers to store fat (and is most stingy about giving it up), unfortunately I might have to loose 25 or 30 pounds before my stomach looks a lot leaner.
No matter if I do a million crunches everyday. I'll have rock-hard abs, but they will be buried under a lot of flab. To make a stubborn body part (one that gives up fat stingily) skinnier sometimes the only answer is to get skinnier all over.
So exercise and work on weight loss in general.

overall weight loss.
if you do only sit ups and crunches your belly will look even bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I've noticed the best way to get rid of abdomal fat is to cut back on soda, sweets, fatty foods, etc. I would also recommend getting a slimming belt to wear around you abdomen when you work out. It might not sound manly but it helps you get a good sweat in that area which is normally hard to do during normal exercise routines. Plus plenty of crunches, those always help and you could also try jump rope. You can really work your abs with the right jump rope routines. I hoped some of this helped you out.

Lots of aerobic exercise. It burns the fat all over. You can't just lose it from one spot. Also, doing reverse crunches help tighten the lower stomach making it look flatter by pulling in the muscles. You must however do some sort of aerobic exercise regularly to see the results. You might also try pilates or yoga to strengthen your "core" and to look more slender. One more thing you might try is to not eat as many bad carbs (white breads, sugars, potatoes). They really put on the belly fat and make you bloated. And drink lots of water to decrease any bloat.

Well I actually just did this whole thing. I ran three miles a day. Then what you do is multiply your weight by 10 like say if you weigh 150 then you would have 1500,then subtract 150-200 and that should be yoru calorie intake and that should be you rintake. I am a chick but it worked for me,maybe its different for guys?!?! Also, lots of crunches

There is no "fast way." If you want to LOSE FAT, than that takes time. If you want to crash diet, which will make you slimmer but still flubby, then go ahead- but it will cost you your metabolism.
If you want to LOSE FAT, then healthy diet and exercise is the only way. You need to increase your protien / whole grains, and weight train / do cardio. You need to lose fat everywhere- you can't just lose it in one place.

Eat more small meals, instead of a few large ones; that will keep your metabolism high all day.
