Yes. Its absolutely true. Its proved in the university of California that "Too Much Stress May Give Genes Gray Hair." And also its proved that stress will alter your blood chemistry. Which includes many problems including Grey hair, dark circles under your eye, even make you look aged before the time.
So try to find some time to relax in your stressed circle.

Being "Stressed-Out" For Long Periods Of Time Can Give You Grey Hair. But, It Can Also Cause A Lot Of Other Problems That Are A Lot Worse. Including Heart Attact,Stroke And Ulcers. But These, (Including The Grey Hair) Are EXTREME CASES.

As we get older, the pigment cells in our hair follicles gradually die. When there are fewer pigment cells in a hair follicle, that strand of hair will no longer contain as much melanin and will become a more transparent color - like gray, silver, or white - as it grows.
