The camera probably has video out, not RF. If your VCR has a video input (many do) that will solve the problem. If not, you need a modulator to convert the video out of the camera to RF and feed it into the antenna port of the VCR.

vcr are very sensitive to proper video input, that is why "copy guard" works, it generates slightly improper video which does not affect most TVs, but stymies the vcr trying to record it. some home system surveillance systems, particularly the B/w ones, do not have proper sychronization or even the correct number of sweep lines.
