glitter is a shinning example of the Mexican mentality. Invasion.... Since they themselves can not make their country great or productive they choose to steal and invade the U.S. Seriously though... how long do they think it would last if they did officially take California? I mean... they are already destroying the state as it is. And she wonders why Americans are remiss in showing respect for her people.

And Yes... I generalized... I am sure there are some Mexicans who love their country... STAY in their country... and have respect for other countries.

Honestly the drivers license deal i think its a good idea for many reasons just to name a few would be... that sometimes these people get pulled over by the police and use others people identity or even worse sometimes they get in AA and who is to blame they don't have insurance and they don't have Identification so how are you going to get your car fixed. For once lets hope that they will be doing something good and take full responsibility and after so many tickets you know they get there papers taken up anyway so lets see how good they do and not just that but also how much responsibility they can take.

It hasn't happened yet. It has not been voted on, and it will be going to debate next week. I know this is great for Democrats since the only way they can win an election is to pay for it or bring is people even dumber than the constituents they already have.

It is supper disappointing, I am all for allowing temporary work visas, but making them citizens, and giving them all the right to participate in the U.S. is ridiculous. 83% of Americana's want them to build a fence, yet no-one is working on it.

Illegal immigrants currently cost U.S. taxpayers 10 billion dollars each year,( education, and medical.). The legalization of these citizens will do nothing to benefit our country.

This immigration bill is bad. I contacted my senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson of Texas and she had the nerve to tell me that she thought the bill was a great idea. I retorted with the question of do you represent the interests of your constituents or do YOU decide to TELL us what a great idea it is for us and make the decision for us.

Contact all your local representatives and tell them what you want. Watch how they will drop their support of this terrible bill.

I think it tells all illegals it is O.K. to break the laws, eventually they will be rewarded with citizenship, while the legal ones get stuck with the bill. Why not it will not be the last time we pay taxes just to be screwed in the butt.

You left out free health care. I don't even get that. This is amnesty plain and simple. And their going to pay $5000 penalty to stay here? Not gonna happen. Oh well, I'll just tell people I live in north Mexico.

A little unfair for the ones that went the right path. They should get their hard-earned money back.

I am as strongly conservative as a person can be. If this bill passes I will stay home in November.
