I think your biggest problem is that you are not eating enough. If you are on a crash diet, then you are probably slowing your metabolism significantly. This means that your body is trying to preserve as much fat as possible so get you through this period of very low calorie intake.
To make progress toward your goals, you need to get your metabolism going again.
In order to see your 6 pack abs, you should eat 5 to 8 small meals per day. These meals should be spaced out ever 2 to 3 hours, and each meal should contain protein to maintain your hard earned muscles.
Eating more frequently increases your metabolism, allowing you to burn more fat to progress to your goal of ripped abs.
In general, to get your body fat down and reveal your 6-pack abs, you should slightly (emphasis on slightly) reduce your calorie intake.
The best way to do this is by lowering your carbohydrate intake. This causes your body to switch from primarily burning carbs for energy to burning fat. A general rule of thumb is to lower your calories from carbs to 40% of your total calories per day. The souce below has a calculation you can use to determine how many carbs you should be eating per day.
You should replace some of those calories from carbs with calories from protein. When trying to burn extra fat, you should also get around 40% of your calories from protein sources, in your case, most likely from soy protein sources.
This will leave 20% of your calories for good fats. Some sources of good fats include avacados and olive oil (great on salads!).
Again, these calories should be spread over six small meals per day to keep your metabolism high to burn fat faster.
Add in some cardio to burn a few extra calories, and you should start seeing progress soon!

crash diet makes you lose water weight and muscle NOT fat and also slow down metabolism dramatically.
to have nice abs you have to have low body fat percentage which you are never gona see if you keep doing what you are doing
sit ups and crunches do NOT burn fat - they build muscle and makes your belly look bigger since now there is more muscle underneath the layer of fat
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You should do some cardio workouts!! not only do they help with your abs but also your whole body basically. Also heres a perfect program for abs.... its at www.hiphopabs.com its a cardio dance workout and the results are amazing. If you dont feel like buying the product first... check around on Ares or some other peer2 peer program im sure you can find it or something similiar there to atleast try first.
And the not eating but one meal a day isnt healthy ... you should eat atleast 3 small meals a day to help keep up your metabolism.

an marvelous exercising, you're able to do it in front of your television: take a seat on a stool, and placed your ft below something (piece of heavy furnishings, as an occasion). on your arms carry a splash dumbbell. Please, verify that it is not very heavy, start up with one kilo, as an occasion, or you will injury your back and backbone! Slowly pass the top area of your physique back, until this is parallel with the floor. give up for a 2nd and pass it back to the sitting place. Repeat ten situations. a week upload to the variety of repetitions. you will see the ends up in a week, certain! you will see or experience below the fat - in case you have any - six %. and muscle mass. Dumbbells do wonders. lots greater useful than those crunches - I got here as much as 3 thousands and there replaced into no consequences in any respect. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
