blonde hair is symbolic; It is "angelic" and pure. (I mean, look at pictures of angels, they are usually blonde).
darker hair is considered to be evil and impure. Take a look at fairy tales. the princesses have blonde or light brown hair, while the evil stepmothers have dark hair.

not always, i mean, seriously, some of my guy friends get really annoyed with girls bleaching their hair BLONDE, They think it's trashy and stupid.
But real blondes, guys think they're really pretty.
I really dont know why. It depends, especially on the other features. like blonde people are often pretty, but some arent. so u just cant say all blondes are attractive.
