I would like to know the terms of my ex's probation, the Child Support enforcment will be issuing a bench warrant shortly for him. And I would like to know if him violating a court order will effect his probation. I am located in PA, if that helps.

PA does not have court case information on the Internet like MD. You can call his probation agent or visit the courthouse to view the probation order issued by the judge.

MD's case information system has some info about probation conditions.

Violation of a civil order is not considered a violation of probation even though the standard condition of probation is to obey all laws. Even if your ex is arrested on a child support bench warrant, as long as he informs his probation officer about the arrest, the probation officer will not do anything to revoke probation for a civil matter. When your ex shows up to court in response to the bench warrant, the judge can set bail or release your ex on his recognizance BUT his probation will not be affected.

If he violated a court order I would suspect he may get busted and go back to jail. Depends on his PO! Or the police, if they want to bust him!

If he isn't pay child support, he is likely to end up behind bars anyway for contempt.

Violating any law while you are on probation is grounds for revocation!
